Nearly 200 speakers representing more than 100 organizations from across 20 states will speak in over 40 sessions on key content areas, including care delivery transformation, use of advanced data analytics and visualization to address disparities in health outcomes, maternal and child health strategies, healthy aging and caregiver support, behavioral health access and partnerships, food is medicine programming, chronic disease management and innovative uses of community health workers.
