Airline Discounts
The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the 2026 Healthier Together Conference in Dallas. Fares are available three days pre/post the conference dates. Simply call in or visit the websites of one of our preferred airlines to receive these special fares.

As a benefit of the AHA's partnership with Southwest, Southwest travelers will receive 25% more Rapid Rewards bonus points1 on all qualifying flights2 booked via SWABIZ between June 26, 2025 and May 8, 2026 and flown to or from Dallas between May 8 and May 16, 2026.

The Hilton Anatole Dallas is about a 20-minute drive from the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and a 10-minute drive from Dallas Love Field Airport. Taxis and rideshare providers are available at designated airport transportation plazas.
